of certain real property in the City of Bremerton for
street purposes, directing condemnation of said prop-
erty and payment of just compensation therefore, and
~eclaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF B~RE~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the follo%~ing described real property,
situated in Kitsap Countl~, Stat~ of Washington, to-wit:
Any portion as it appears of records in thc
indicated as reserve which is located %~ithin the
circle formed by the Northern extremity of the roa~
on the recorded plat of Madrona Point.
is required by the City of Bremerton for street purposes an6 that
it is necessary that sai~ pro!>erty b~-~ ac~uire¢~ by condemnation
and that just compensation be det.'~rmined in such proceedings to
bc paid. to the o~ners thereof.
Section 2. That the City Attorney and thc City of Bremerton
are hereby authorized and ~irected to proceed immediately with
condemnation of said real property in the Superior court of th~
State of Washington for Kitsap County.
Section 3. That an emergency exists, affecting tke public
peace, health, and safety and this Ordinance shall become3 eifecti~,
innnediately following passage and publication.
