That Ordinance No. 2J80 is hereby amended by a~]opai by reference, Part 1 and'. Part 2 of the Western Pl~ming Officials Uniform Pl~bin9 Code, such adoption by refer-en~'~ subject to the amendments, additions and omissions as hereinaft.}r set forth. Section 2.
