TH~:~ CITY OF B~MERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That p~suant to the written recommendation of
the Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use an~J
~-ea Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended
in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the southerly margin of
Block 30, United States Na~ Yard Addition to Bremerton,
and the Southwesterly margin of Secondary State Highway
No. 21-B, also known as %~eaton Way; thence Northwesterly
on the Southwesterly margin of Secondary State Highway
No. 21-B, and continuing Northwesterly on the Southwesterly
margin of Campbell Way to the Westerly margin of Block 28
of aforesaid addition; thence Southerly on the Westerly
margin of said Block 28 to the Southwesterly corner o~
said Block 28 of said Addition; thence Southeasterly on
the Southwesterly margins of B%ocks 28~ 29 and 30 of said
Addition to the Southerly margin of Block 30 said ~dition~
thence Easterly on said Southerly margin of Block 30 said
Addition to the Southwesterly ~nar~in of Secondary State
Highway 21-B and the point of beginning, from Residental
- One (R-l) to Business - Two (B-2)
Section 2. That, by reason of change in the Use and Area
Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and
this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and
for the general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon passage and publication.
P~SED UNCTUOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Brem-
erton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 22nd day of March, 1962.
