storage, transportation, handling and use of liquefied
petroleum gases; providing for permits and fees; and
amending Section 21 of Ordinance No. 1827.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 21 of ordinance no. 1827
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 21. Schedule of fees:
For certificate of approval for tank truck $5.00
For each annual reinspection of tank truck 2.00
Metal cylinder of not more than 7.75 cubic
feet of water capacity, each 1.00
Tanks, 125 to 500 gallons water capacity 3.00
Tanks, 500 to 1200 gallons water capacity 5.00
Tanks 1200 to 3000 gallons water capacity 7.50
Tanks, over 3000 gallons water capacity 9.00
Application for certificate, permit or reinspection shall
be accompanied by receipt of the City Treasurer showing Payment of
the required amount.
APPROVED on first reading this 24th day of January, 1962.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 31st day of January, 1962.
