and reclassifying certain real property annexed to the City of
Bremerton by Ordinance' No. 2431.
THE CiTY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1 Pursuant to Resolution Number 116 of the Plannin~
Commission of the City of Bremerton, Ordinance No. 17.92 and the
Use and Area Maps thereof, Ordinance No. 2431, and all Ordina~ces
and parts of Ordin. ances inconsistent herewit]~ be and they each
hereby are amended in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 of
Ordinance No. 1792 as follows:
That the following described real property:
Portion of Government Lot ~, Section 1(~, Township 24 N.,
,.. Range 1 E., ~.M., described as follows: Beginning at the
N.E. intersection of Shorewood Drive and Kitsap Way~ thence
easterly along the north, line of Kitsap Way 236 feet more
or less to the southwest corner of a tract of lan<l conveyed
to Oscar W. Liner and Lorene Liner, his t~ife~ by deed recor~
ded under Auditor's ~ile No. 23295~ records of Kitsap
County: thence North 3~°47'53~ east along the west lithe
of the Liner Tract, 250 feet: thence .;~orthv[esterly to a
point on the N li~]e of Govern~ent Lot L~ .....
200 feet east of the intersection of the easterly margi~-~ of
Shorewood Drive and the north line of said Government Lot
~' 4~ thence west 200 feet to said intersection~ thence
southerly along said east margin of Shorewood Drive to the
point of beginning.
EXCEPT that portion of the above description described as
follows:
Beginning at the' north easterly intersection of Shorewood
~ Drive and Kitsap Way; thence running northerly along the
east boundary of said Shorewood Drive 100 feet more or less~
thence east 240 feet more or less; thence, southwesterly to
the no~th boundary of Kitsap Way% thence west along the

EXCEPT the north 60 feet as measured parallel to the north
