AN ORDINANCE amending the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Sect.ion 1. Pursuant to Resolution NumDer ll5 of She
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in
conformity with Chapter l, Title 4, thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property:
Portions of land, approximately 3.15 acres, in
Section 15 and 21, Township 24 North, Range I East,
WM, beginning at the corner of the Easterly bound~y
of State Patrol property and the Northerly boundary
of Arsenal Way, thence Northerly 200.43 feet thence
Easterly 470.11 feet to new State Highway, thence
Southeaste~rly along new State Highway to the North
boundry of Arsenal Way, thence Westerly 630 feet
along Arsenal Way to point of beginning; also be-
ginning at the corner of State Patrol Property and
Searle Street, thence North 150 feet along Searle
Street, thence Easterly parallel with State Patrol
property 160 feet more or less, thence Southerly to
State Patrol property 150 feet, thence Westerly to
point of beginning~
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-]~ to
Business Three (B-3).
Approved by the City Council on first reading this /~ day
of September, 1964.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this ~3 .n~day of September, 1964.
