AN ORDINANCE amending the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No.
1792.
TEE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section le Pursuant to Resolution Number 113 of the Planning
Commission of the City of Brem~rton, the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in conformity with Chapter 1,
Title 4, thereof, as follows: That
Lots 16 through 28 inclusive, Block 2, Terrell's Addition
to Charlestc~n, all in Kitsap County, Wesh!ngtc~n
be and they hereby a~e reclassified from Resident~al One (R-l) to
Residential Two (R-2).
Approved by the City Council on first reading this 8th day of
August, 1984.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 12th day of August, 1984.

~qtEREAS proceedings for the reclassification of the herein-
after described property have been duly and regularly initiated
on the petition of JOhn T. Thompson of Bre~erton, }¥ashington,
and
%~MEREAS hearing has been duly and regularly held thereon
and
}~HEREAS the reclassification of said property is deemed by
the plamming Commission to be in the best interests of the City
of Bremerton, Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
be and the said Council is hereby respectfully requested to pass
an ordinance amending the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792
in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, in the following
manner;
Lots 16 through 25 inclusive, Block 2, Terrell's Addition
to Charleston, as per plat recorded in Volume 2 of plats
on page 37, records of Kitsap County, Washington~
from Residential~One (R-I) to Residential-two (R-2).
PASSED by the Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton
on the 1§~ day of ~Jgl~'g, 1964.
