THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. _~/ ~ of
~k~ the Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton the Use and Area
~-~ Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in con-

~ formity with Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof, as follows:
Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Jens Jacobsen's Addition to the City
of Bremerton, Kitsap County, ~Jashington
from Residential one (R-i) to Business three (B-3).
Section 2. That by reason of change in the Use and Area
Maps an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this
Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the
general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and effect im-
mediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UN~qIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bmemer-
ton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk, in authentica-
tion of such passage, this~ ~ ~/~day~ of June, 1964.

an ordinance amending the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792
in conformity with Chapter 1~ Title 4 thereof, in the following
manner:
Lots 1, 2 and 5, Plat of Jens Jacobsen's .Addition to
Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington,
from Reaidential-one (R-l) to Business-three (B-5).

on the 17a, day of June, 1964.
