AN ORDINANCE authorizing the purchase of supplies,
materials and/or equipment from or through the United
States Government without calling for bids.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the City Clerk and Purchasing Agent
of the City of Bremerton is hereby authorized to purchase, upon
approval of a majority of the council, materials and/or equipment
from or through the United States Government without calling for
bids, notwithstanding any law or charter provision to the contrary.
Section 2. That by this ordinance, the City of Bremer-
ton does undertake and exercise all of the authority granted to it
under RCW 39.32.090, being Chapter 88, Section 1 of the Laws of 19~5.

PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this /~ ~/ day of June,
1964.
