AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That, p~suant to Resolution No. 110 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in
conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof, as follows:
The North 275' of the South 725' of Parcel 21 in
Block 2 of the Third addition to Sheridan Park,
as per plat recorded in Volume 8 of Plats on
pages 64 to 67 inclusive, Records of Kitsap County.
from Residential one (R-i~ to Business two (B-2).
Section 2. That, by reason of change in the Use and Area
Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and
this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and
for the general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon passage and publication.
APPROVED on first reading this 29th day of April, 1964.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 6th day of May, 1964.

In reviewing Planning Commission Resolutions No. 110 and No. 111
respectively, I find there are errors in both resolutions.
In Resolution No. 110 the legal description should read "The
North 2?5' of the south 725t of Parcel 21 in Block 2 of the Third
Addition to Sheridan Park, as per plat recorded in Volume 8 of
Plats on Pages 64 to 67 inclusive, Records of Kitsap County, from
Residential one (R-l) to Business~l~~, ~'~ (B-~.'
In Resolution No. 111, the la. st line of the 4th paragraph should
read "from Business (Ord. No. 1792) to Business t~o (B-2)."

in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, in the following
manner:

Sheridan Park, as per plat recorded in Volume 8 of
Plats on Pages 64 to 67 inclusive, Records of Yitsap
County,
from Residential one (R-l) to gusiness.~
