District No. 292, providing for the improvement of Marion Avenue from let Street
South 300 feet and let Street from Marion Avenue to Yantic Avenue; as in said Ord-
inance described; providing for the levying and assessing for the costs and ~xpenscs
thereof against the parcels and lots of land within the boundaries of said im~provement
district; providing for the collection thereof; creating and establishing a special
fund therefor; and fixing the date for the issuance of an Installment Note in payment
thereof.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Assessment Roll for Local Improvement District No. 292
providing for the improvement of Marion Avenue from let Street South 300 feet, and
let Street from Marion Avenue to Yantic Avenue, by the Construction of Sanitary
Sewers and a~, together with the doing of any and all other work in ~onn-
ection therewith as may be necessary to make such i~provement a co~olete job, all
in accordance with the plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer and as provided by Ordinance No. 2~60, the same is hereby approved and
confirmed.
Section 2. That each parcel and lot of land or part thereof, as shown in said
assessment roll is ~pecially benefited by said improvement and that there be and is
hereby assessed against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof and other
property contained in said improvement district as shown in said roll, including
any property belonging to the City Of Bremerton and the respective amounts in said
roll set against each parcel and lot of land~ abutting upon~ adjacent or proximate
to said improvement, and such amounts so assessed are herby 4eclared to be a first
lien against each parcel or lot or part thereof against which the same is assessed in
said roll.
Section 3. That for the purpose of this improvement there is hereby created and
established a special fund to be known as "Local Improvement Fund District No. 292".
An ~"Installment Note" as authorized by Chapter 16~ Laws of 1961, bearing interest at
~., in the amount necessary to provide for the uncollected portion of said district
on the date hereinafter fixed, shall be issued and sold to one of the City's investment'
funds. Said Installment Note shall be dated on said date, and shall be payable from
said "Local Improvement Fund District No. 292."

Section 5. That this Ordiance shall be in full force and effect immediately
after its passage and publication as provided by law.
