reserve funds for self insurance in the Water Depart-
ment to the cumulative reserve fund for Water System
Improvements and repealing Ordinance No. 1999. /
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That at a Special Election of the City of
Bremerton, held on March 10,1964, the voters approved the following
proposition by a vote of 2617 yes and 783 no.
PROPOSITION
Shall the City Council of the City of Bremerton be
authorized to repeal ordinance ~1999 which established
an cumulative reserve fund for self insurance in the
Water Department and transfer all funds from said re-
serve fund to the cumulative reserve fund for water
system improvements.
Section 2. That any and all funds in the cumulative
reserve fund for self insuranct in the Water Department be and the same
are hereby transferred to the cumulative reserve fund for Water System
Improvement.
Section 3. That ordinance %~1999 is hereby repealed.
APPROVED on first reading this ~~, day of March, 1964.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this /~ day of April, 1964.
