AN ORDINANCE relating to the Building Code of the
City of Bremerton and amending Section 15 and 19
of Ordinance %2173.
THE CITY OF BREMERTONDOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 15 of Ordinance %2173 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Every boiler or furnace using solid fuel, gas or other-
wise shall be separated from the rest of the building
by not less than one (1) hour fire resistance construction
throughout."
Section 2. That Section 19 of Ordinance #2173 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Every boiler or furnace room containing a heating plant
fired by solid fuels, gas or otherwise shall be separated
from the rest of the building by a one (1) hour fire
resistive occupancy separation. "
APPROVED on first reading this 5th day of February, 1964.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~.~.3~ day of February, 1964.
