AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1 That .prusuant to Resolution No 109 of the
Planning commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of
Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in conformity with
Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof, as follows:
Parcel 3, Block 2, Plat of the second addition to Sheridan
Park, an addition to the City of Bremerton, Washington, as
recorded on May 21, 1957, in Volume 8 of Plats, pages 74
to 75, inclusive, records of Kitsap County, Washington.
from Residential-one (R-i) to Residential-2 (R-2).
Section 2. That by reason of change in the Use and Area
Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this
ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health, and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the
general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 5th day of February, 1964.
