election in the City of Bremerton for the purpose of
submitting the following proposition to the qualified
electors of the City of Bremerton.
PROPOSITION
Shall the City Council of the City of Bremerton be
authorized to repeal ordinance %1999 which established
an accumulative reserve fund for self insurance in the
Water Department and transfer all funds from said re-
serve fund to the accumulative reserve fund for water
system improvements.

THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. A special election shall be held in the City' of
Bremerton on the 10th day of March, 1964, at the time and place of the
City elections and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
thereof as required by law for the purpose of submitting to the qualified
electors of the City of Bremerton the following proposition for their
approval or rejection,
PROPOSITION
Shall the City Council of the City of Bremerton be
authorized to repeal ordinance 91999 which established
an accumulative reserve fund for self insurance in the
Water Department and transfer all funds from said re-
serve fund to the accumulative reserve fund for water
system improvements.
APPROVED ON first reading this 29th day of January, 1964.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this . i~-~ day of February, 1964.
