certain structures, amending ordinance 4~2570 and de-
claring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That section 1 of ordinance #2570 is hereby
amended to read as follows: It shall be unlawful for any person,
firm or corporation to move into or relocate in the City of Bremerton
in any area zoned R1 and R2, any S~plus navy housing project
buildings or any other surplus federal housing project buildings.
Section 2. That it has been determined that the relocation
of said structures within the city limits are detrimental to the
public health and welfare and property values and that such relocation
is presently contemplated, that an emergency exists and that this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 15th day of January, 1964.
