ment District No. 291, providing for the improvement of the Allay in BZock 9,
Union High School Addition as in said Ordinance described; providing for the levy-
ing and assessing for the costa and expenses thereof against the parcels and lots
of lend within the boundaries of said improvement district; providing for the
collection thereof; creating and establishing a special fund therefor; and fixing
the data for the issuance off an Installment Hots in payment thereof,
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section i. That the Assessment Roll for Local Improvement District No. 29i
providing for the improvement of the Allay in Block 9, Union High School Addition
by Asphaltic gurfacing and Drainage Facilities, together with the doing of any and
ali other work in connection therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement
a complete job, ail in accordance with the plans and specifications on file in the
Office of the City Engineer and ss provided by Ordinance No. 2555, the
hereby approved and confirmed.
Section 2. That each parcel end lot of land or part thereof, as shown in said
assessment roil is specially benefited by said improvement and that there be and is
hereby aeeasaed against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof and other
property contained in said improvement district aa shc~n in said roil, including
any property belonging to the City of Bremerton and the respective amounts in amid
roil eat against each parcel and lot of land, abutting upon, m~Jacant or proximate
to said improvement, and such amounts so assessed are hereby declared to be first
iian against each parcel or lot.or part thereof against ~hich the memo
