Diistrict No. 293, providing for the improvement of Yantic Avenue from Farragut
S~reet to Rodgers Street, as in said Ordinance described; providing for the
levying and assessing for the costs and expenses thereof against the parcels
a,d ~ts of land between the termini and within the boundaries of said improvement
district; providing for the collection thereoff; creating and establishing a ~ecial
fund therefor; and fixing the date for the issuance of an installment nots in
payment thereof.
THE CITY OF BREiviERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section l; That the Assessment Roll for Local Improvement District No. 293
providing for the improvement of Yantic Avenue from Farragut Street to Rodgers
· - Street by the installation of concrete curbs, gutters, drainage structures and
asphaltic surfacing together with the doing of any and all other work in connection
therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete job, all in
accordance with the plans and specifications on file in the Office of the Gi~y
Engineer and as provided by Ordinance No. 2611, the same is hereby approved end
confirmed.
Section 2. That each parcel and lot of land or part thereof, am shown in
said assessment roll is specially benefited bv said improvement and that there
be and is hereby assessed against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof
and other property contained in said improvement district as shown in said roll,
including any property belonging to the.City of Bremerton and the respective
amounts in said roll set against each parcel and lot of land and or part thereof and
other property between the termini of said improvement, abutting upon, adjacent
or proximate to said improvement, and such amounts so assessed are hereby ~eclared
to be first Iien against each parcel or lot or part thereof against which thhe
same is assessed in said roll.
Section ]. That for the purpose of this improvement there is hereby created
and established a special fund to be known as "Local Improvement Fund District
An Installment Note as authorized by Chap. 165, Laws of i96i, bearing interest at
5%, in the amount necessary to provide for the uncollected portion of said
on the date hereinafter fixed, shall be issued and sold to one of the City's
Investment Funds. Said Installment Note shall be dated on said date, and shall
be payable from said ~'Locai Improvement Fun~District No.
