corporate limits of the City of Bremerton land
lying outside the limits of the City of Bremerton
and contiguous thereto.

Section 1. A petition signed by the Owners of more than
seventy-five percent (75~ in assessed valuation for taxation ~ureoses
of the property hereinafter described has been filed with the City Council%
due notices of public hearing having been given in the manner and form
provided by law by council direction~ said public hearing was duly and
regularly held in accordance with said notices on the 4th day of Aui~ust,
1965- and following such oubiic hearing the City Council nas fietermined
to annex said described property.
Section 2. The following6 described tract is by this ordinanc6
