Section 1. A petition signed by the Owners of more tham
seventy-five ~ercent (75~) in assessed valuation for taxatJ, o:: ~rooses
of the property hereinafter described has been ~ml.~d with t City
Council~ due notices of public hearing having bee~ given in the ma:net
and form ~rovided by law by council direction~ said public hearing;
was duly and regularly held in accordance with said notices on
14th day of July, !9~5~ and following such public hearing the Cit:
Council has determined to annex said described property.
Section 2. The following described tract is by this ordinance
annexed to and incorporated ~:ithin the City of Bremerton, to-wit:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the ce~ter!ine
of Wheaton Way with the north margin of Sylvan WaT~
said point being on the present City Limits line;
thence east 380.01 feet along the north margin of
Sylvan Way~ thence continuing along the City

leaving the present City Limits line and running west
along the south line of said Tract 14 to the centerline
of Secondary State Highway ~o. 21-B~ thence north along
the centerline of said Highway to its intersection with
the easterly extension of the north line of the Plat of
