the City of Bremerton.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Bremerton by
Resolution No. 1264, declared its intention to vacate Qualheim
T~? Avenue, in the City of Bremerton, and set the day of June 16, 1965
-~ as the date upon which said Resolution would be heard and directed
Notice of Hearing to be posted and given in the manner and fo~
provided by law.
Section 2. That Qualheim Avenue, in the City of Bremerton
be and it hereby is declared vacated.
City Clerk is directed to certify a copy of this Ordinance
and to file the same for recording with the Auditor of Kitsap
County, Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this ~~day of June, 1965.
PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading by the City Council
of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this ~~day of
June, 1965.
