AN ORDINANCE amending the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No.
1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution Number 121 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in
conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof as follows:
That the following described real property;
Lots 26 and 27, Block B Oyster Bay Addition to
Port Orchard Navy Yard, as per plat recorded in
volume 2 of Plats on page 63, records of Kitsap
County; situate in Kitsap County, Washington,
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One to
Business-Three, (R-1 to B-3).
Approved by the City Council on first reading thi~
day of May, 1965.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed bY the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this o~day of May, 1965.

an ordinance amending the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792
in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, in the following
manner:
Lots 26 & 27, Block B Oyster Bay Addition to Port Orchard
Navy Yard, as per plat recorded in volume 2 of Plats on
page 6~, records of t<itsap County; situate in Kitsap County
Washington,
from Residential-one, (R-l), to Business-three, (B-S), .
PASSED by the Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton
on the 21st day of April, 1965.
