THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution Number 120 of the Planning
'Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in conformity with Chapter 1,
Title 4, thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property;
That portion of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter,
section 16, township 24 north, range 1 east, W.M., in Kitsap
County, Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at the quarter corner common to sections 16 and 21
said township and range; thence south 89°46'48'' west 94.90 ft.
to the centerline of Bruen Ave.; thence north along said center-.
line north 0°23'10" east 807.03 ft. to a concrete monument set
in the intersection of Burwell Street and Bruen Ave..:. thence
north 67°27'19" west 75 feet; thence north 52°29'14'' west 221.56
feet to the west line of the holgerson property, as described
in Supplemental Deed mecorded May l, 1959, under auditor's
file No. 704291 and the true point of beginning;, thence south
52°29'14" east 221.56 ft.; thence south 67°27'19~ east 75 ft. to
said concrete monument set in the intersection of Burwell St.
and Bruen Ave.; thence south 0°23'10" weSt 135 ft.~ thence
west to the west line of said Holgerson property~ thence north
0°1~'55" east along said west line 275 feet, more or less to
the true point of beginning; EXCEPT portion of Bruen Ave. and
Casad Ave.; SUBJECT to easement as granted to L. C. Betray,
September 2, 1958, and disclosed by recital in the above
described Supplemental Deed, except portion previously zoned by
Ordinance No. 2562.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l) to
Business~Three, (B-3).
Approved by the City Council .on first reading this day of

;~HEREAS proceedings for the reclassification of the
hereinafter described property have been duly and regularly
initiated on the petition of Hil Holgerson, of Bremerton~
Washington, and,
[VHEREAS, hearing has been duly and regularly held thereon
and~
~tEREAS the reclassification of said property is deemed by
the Planning Commission to be in the best interest of the City
of Bremerton, Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Bremerton
be and the said council is hereby respectfully requested to pass
an ordinance amending the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792
in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, in the following
manner;
