THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution Number 119 of the
Planning Commission! of the City of Bremerton Ordinance Ho. 1792
and the Use and Area Maps thereof be, and they hereby are amended
in conformity with Chapter 1., Title 4, thereof~ as follows:
That the following described real property;,
The south* 10 feet of lot 10 and all of lots 11~
12~ and !3~ Block 11, Original Town of Charleston~
situate in Kitsap County.~ Washington~
be .and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential--one
to Residential ~two,
Approved by the City Council on first reading this
day of April~ 19-Y, 5.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton~ signed
by the Mayor and attested by the Oity Clerk in authentication of
such passage this ,~ day of April, 1965.

WHEREAS proceedings for the reclassification of the herein-
after described property have been duly and regularly initiated
on the petition of Reuban G. Swanson~ of Bremerton~ Washington~
and,
;~HEREAS hearing has been duly and regularly held thereon
and,
~{EREAS the reclassification of said property is deemed by
the planning commission to be in the best interest of the City
of Bremerton, Now, Therefore,
BE IT RMSOLVED that the City Council of the City of Bremerton
be and the said council is hereoy respectfully requested to pass
an ordinance amending the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792
in conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, in the following
manner;
Charleston Block 11, south 10 feet of lot 10, all of 11,
all of 12, and all of 1S, situate in Kitsap County, ~ashington,
from Residential-one (R-I) to Residential-Two,

on the 17~ day of February, 1965.
