AN ORDINANCE vacating cane Court located on
Parcel 3, Block 2, Second Addition to Sheridan
Park, Kltsap County, Washington.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Council at its regular meeting of
January 27, 1965, declared its. intention to vacate Cane Court,
set the~ /~ day of February, 1965, as the date upon which
public hearing would be had, and directed the City Clerk to post
and give notice thereof. Said notices having been posted and
given in the manner and form required by law and hearing has been
had thereon.
Section 2. That Cane Court, located on Parcel 3, Block 2,
Second Addition to Sheridan Park, Kitsap County, Washington be and
it hereby is declared vacated, the City Clerk is authorized to certify
a copy of this Ordinance and file the same for recording with the
Auditor of Kitsap County, Washington
