ment District No. 29h, providing for the improvement of the Alley located in
Block ~ of Dietzts Addition as in said Ordinance describedj providing for the
levying and assessing for the costs and expenses thereof against the parcels
of land within the boundaries of said improvement district; providing for the
collecting thereof; creating and establishing a special fund therefor~ and
fixing the date for the issuance of an installment note in payment thereof.
THE CITY OF BREMERTONDOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Assessment Roll for Local Improvement District No. 294
providing for the improvement of the Alley located in Block ~ of Dietz~s Addition~
be improved by the construction of drainage structures, sewer connections, base
course and bituminous paving, together with the doing of any and all other work
in connection therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete
job, all in accordance with the plans and specifications on file in the Office
of the City Engineer and as provided by Ordinance No. 2612s the same is hereby
approved and confirmed.
Section 2. That each parcel and lot of land or part thereof~ as shown in said
assessment roll is specially benefited by said improvement and that there be and is
hereby assessed against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof and other
property contained, in said improvement district as shwon in ~maid rolls including
any property belonging to the City of Bremerton and the respective amounts in
said roll set against each parcel and lot of lands abutting upon, adjacent or
proximate to said improvement, and such amounts so assessed are hereby declared
to be first lien against each parcel or' lot or part thereof against which same
is assessed in said roll.
Section 3. That for the purpose of this improvement there is hereby
created and established a special fund to be known as "Local Zmprovement Fund
District No. 294". A.. "Installment Note" as authorizea Dy Chapter 16[, Laws of
1961, bearing interest ~t 4%, in the amount necessary to provide for the uncollected
portion of said district on the date hereinafter fixed, shall be issued and sold
to one of the City:s investment funds. Said Installment Note shall be dated on

said dat% and shall be payable from said "Local Improvement Fund District
Section 2. That the ~ ~ day of ~,~ , 19_~_~ be and the same
is hereby fixed, for the date of the inStallment~note to be issued on account of
said improvement.
Section 5. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
after its passage and publication as provided by law.
