THE CITY OF BR~:~,..RTO~ DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance i~o. 1591 as
amended by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1700, and. by Section 1 of
Ordinance ~o. 2198 be and the same hereby is amended to read as
follows:
Section 3. There saall be employed by the City
Council of the City of Bremerton, a chief mech-
anic, an accountant and such other employees
as shall be necessary to carry out the function
of the Municipal Garage Department. The account-
ant shall be responsible to make a strict item-
ized account of all labor and materials furnished
by the department on each vehicle or piece of
equipment repaired or rebuilt, and each deaart-
merit of the City of Bremerton shall be billed for
and chargeable with the actual costs of repairing
or rebuilding vehicles and e~uipment of such
department, ~lus an additional charge of twenty
per cent (20%) of said actual cost as and for
overhead. Such charges or monies collected from
city departments shall be credited to or deposit-
ed in the Garage Fund.
