of the City Engineer; and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAI?]:
Section 1. Effective ~~t~A~ !l? , 1966, there is hereby
created and established in the office of the City Engineer the position
of "Assistant City Engineer and Traffic Engineer" to be paid a monthly
salary of not more than
per month.
Section 2. That an emergency exists and is hereby declared to
exist and this ordinance is necessary for the immediate ~reservation of
the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the
City of Bremerton and is required for carrying out necessary work of the
Engineering Department.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this ~l_o~ day of October, 1966.
