of the City Planner the position of "Assistant City
Planner-part time"; establishing the pay rate therefore;
and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:

Section 1. Effectivej'~'O~'¥'l~F . ,
created and established in the office of the City Planner the position
of "Assistant City Planner-part time" at an hourly pay rate of Three
and 32/100 Dollars ($3.32).
Section 2. That there exists and is hereby declared to exist
an emergency and this ordinance is necessar~ for the preservation of
the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the
City of Bremerton and is immediately necessary and required to carry
on the necessary work in the office of the City Planner, and that the
necessity therefore could not have been reasonably foreseen at the
time of the adoption of the budget for 196~.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this~ day of ~ O~(.D~ , 196~.
