District No. 29~, providing for the imorovement of Baymont Place, as in said Ordinance
described; providing for the lev~Lng and assessing for the costs and expenses thereof
against the parcels and lots of land between the termini and within the boundaries of
said i~.provement district; providing for the collection thereof; creatin~ and
establishing a special fund therefor; mud fixing the date for the issuance of bonds
in p~ent thereof.
TP~ CITY OF BRE~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Assessment Roll for Local Improvement District No. 29~
providing for the improvement of Baymont Place by the construction of a sanitary S~WER~
and necessary appurtenances, together with the doing of any and all other work in
comnection therewith as may be necessa~ to make such improvement a complete job,
ali_ in accordance with the plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer and as provided by Ordinance No. 263~ the same is hereby approved and
confirmed.
Section 2. That each parcel and lot of land ~r part thereof, as shown in said
assessment roll is Specially benefited by said improve~.ent and ~hat there be and is
hereby assessed against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof and other
property contained in said improvement district as shown in said roll, including any
property belonging to the City of Bremerton and the respective amounts in said roll
set against each parcel and lot of land abutting upon, adjacent or proximate to.said
improvement, and such amounts so assessed are hereby declared to be first lien against
each parcel or lot or part thereof against which the same is assessed in said roll.
Section 3. That for the purpose of this improvemsnt there is hereby created and
established a special fund to be known as "Local Improvement Fund District No. 295".
::~,n "Installment Note" as authorized by Chapter 165, Laws of 1961, bearing interest at
5%, in the amount necessary to provide for the uncollected portion of said district on
the date hereinafter fixed, shall be issued and sold to one of the City's investment
funds. Said Installment Note shall be dated on said date, and shall be payable from
said "Local Improvement Fund District No. 295".

same is hereby fixed for the date of issuance and sale of Installment Notes to be
issued on account of said improvement.
Section 5. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
after its passage and publication as provided by law.
