AN ORDINANCE amending the Use and Area Maps of
Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution Number 1309 of the City
Council of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in conformity with Chapter 1,
Title ~, thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property:
Lot i and Lot 26 of the plat of Waltenburg Addition as
recorded in Volume 6, Page 43, Records of Kitsap County,
Washington, and the Southeast one-quarter of the Northeast
one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter, except Lots 1
through 5 of the plat of Eden Valley as recorded in Volume
7, Page 50 of Plats, records of Kitsap County, Washington
(except Sylvan Way), and also the West 225 feet of Lots l0
through lB and the West 350 feet of Lot ~ of the plat of
Sylvan Park as recorded in Volume 6 of plats at Page
records of Kitsap County, Washington,
be and the same ~eby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Business-~ree (B-~).
APPRO~D by the City Council on first reading this~~day
of September, 1966.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, si~ed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
