Pursuant to Resolution Number 1311 of the City '~ Council of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in conformity with ~p~e~ ~ .... Title ~, thereof, as follows: ~at the following described real property: Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly margin of Corbet Drive with the north line of tract 1~ Phlnney 2 1/2 Acre Tracts as per plat recorded in Volume 5 of Plats, Page 1, Kitsap County, Washington; thence East along said North line of Tract 1~ 125 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South to the Northeasterly margin of Corbet Drive; thence Southeast along the Northeasterly margin of Corbet DRive to the Northerly margin of Primary State Highway 21 (SR 3); thence Easterly along said Northerly margin said Hi.way to the East margin of Ford Avenue; North along the East margin of ~ord Avenue to a point which is South 106.377 feet from the centerline of 13th St~et; thence West 170 feet; thence South 60 feet to the North line of said Tract 1~; thence West to the true point of beginning, be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l) to Business-~ree (B-3).
