AN ORDINANCE amending the Use and Area Maps of
Ordinance ~No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution Number 135 of the
Planning Commission of the iCity of Bremerton, the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance NO. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in
conformity with 'Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property:
(Between Clare & Hemlock on Juniper) All that
portion of Parcel i of Block B, Plat of Second
Add. to Sheridan Park as recorded in Vol.' 8
of Plats, Pages' 74 and 75, lying southerly of
the following described line;' Comencing at the
NE cOrner of said Block B; thence S19°06'05'' E'
96.91 feet to the beginning of a curve 'to the right'
whOse radius point bears S70°5B'55'' W 1497.60
feet; thence southerly along the arc of said curve
B05.2B feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of said
line; thence S?0°53,55" W 335.3~ ~feet to a point
on a curve 'on the easterly line of Clare Ave.
whose radius point bears S56°49'O8'' W 748.58 feet.
Situate in Kitsap County, Washington,
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential,One
(R-l) to Residential-TwO (R-2).
