AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of streets,
alleys and rights-of-ways in an area known
as Qualheim Hill area, and more specifically
described herein, all in the City of Bremerton.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Bremerton by
Resolution No .,/< ~, , declared its intention to vacate the
following described streets, alleys and rights-of-ways, to-wit:
"Hanberg Street from the Southwesterly margin of
Kean Street running in a Southeasterly direction
to that portion vacated by Ordinance No. 2626,
dated 25 February, 1965."
"Jarvis Avenue in its entirety."
"Wilkes Avenue from the Northeast margin of
Hanberg Street to the Southwest margin of Kean
Street."
"Astoria Street from the East margin of Niles
Avenue to the West margin of Wilkes Avenue."
"Noule Street in its entirety from the Northeast
margin of Kean Street to the Southeast margin
of Wilkes Avenue. ALSO, Noule Street from the
Northwest margin of Wilkes Avenue to the South-
east margin of Niles Avenue. ALSO, Houle Street
beginning at the point of intersection of the
centerline of Houle Street with the centerline
of Niles Avenue, said point being North 25°2~'46"
East 180.00 feet from the centerline of Kean
Street; thence North 64°35'14'' West 30 feet to
the true point of beginning; thence continuing
North 64°35'14'' West 95.60 feet; thence along
the arc of a curve to the right said curve having
a radius of 85 feet and a central angle of 154°
28'59", a distance of 229.18 feet; thence North
89°53'45'' East to the West margin of Niles Avenue."
"Monssen Avenue in its entirety."
"The culdesac off the East margin of Wilkes Avenue
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Wilkes
Avenue said point being 435.56 feet South of the
centerline of First Street, thence South 66°55'14''
East 124.94 feet except that portion lying within
30 feet of the centerline of Wilkes Avenue."
In the City of Bremerton, County of Kitsap, State
of Washington,
and set the~.~-~ ~~ day of September, 1966, as the date upon which
said Resolution would be heard and directed notice of hearing to
be posted and given in the manner and form provided by law.
Section 2. That all of the above described streets, alleys
and rights-of-way in the City of Bremerton, County of Kitsap be,
and they hereby are declared vacated.
Section 5. The City Clerk is directed to certify a copy
of this Ordinance and to file the same for recording with the
Auditor of Kitsap County, Washington.

of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
