17.5 feet of Lot 1~ of said plat, situate
KitsaD County, Wa~hington~ tn the City of
Bremerton.
~E CITY OF BRE~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Council o~ the City of Bremerton by
Resolution No. /~c~~ , declared ~t~ intention to vacate the
following des~rlbed public alleys, to-wit:

Jacobson's Addition to the City of Bremerton~
according to plat~ running North and South and
lying West of the ~est llne of Lots 1, ~,
,~and ~ of said plat and East of the Esst line
Of Lot 1~ of said plat, and also that portion
of an alley Punning East and West in said plat
lying North of the North line of Lot 8 and
South of the South line of [mt 13, together
with the East 17.5 feet of Lot 12 of said plat,
in the City of Bremerton, County of Kltsao,
Washingt on,

upon which said Resolution would be heard and directed no,ice of
hearing to be posted and given in the manner s. nd form ~rovided by
law.
Section 2. That the above described alleys and ~ortions

a cony of this Ordinance and to file the same for recording ~ith
