THE CITY OF BREMERTOY'~ DOES ORDAI~,~:
Section 1. Whereas a eetition signed bs~ the owners of
than Seventy Five Per Cent (75~) of the property hereinafter described
in value accordin~ to the assessed valuation for taxatioq of said
~roperty was duly filed with the City Council of Bremerton. The
Council has entertained the same an~ has caused notice o~ the hearing
of the petition to be ~ublishe~ and ~osted as required b~ lsw.

Section 3. That the Comprehensive Plan of the City of
Bremerton - Resolution 1294 - for the above described property is
hereby adopted and made applicable thereto.
Section 4. That an emergency exists and this Ordinance is
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property,
health and safety of the citizens of the City of Bremerton and this
Ordinance shall be in full force and effect following passage and
publication.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
