of Ordinance Mo. !7~2.
THE CITY OF BRE~4ERTO~ DOES ORDAINS:
Section 1. In conformity with Chanters 1 and 2 of Title
IV, of Ordinance i,[o. 1792, as amended, and followins appeal to
City Council of the City of Bremerton from a determination of th~
City Planning Commission rejecting a Petition for rezone of Lots
1~ 9,~ and 3, ~nlock 21~ Town of Decator~ Kitsa~ County~ , Washin~to~
from R-1 to R-2,~ and after due and proper notice and public hearing
thereon in tn~ manner and~'form erovided by law, the Use and Area
Ma~s of Ordinance No 17o9 be and they hereby are amended in co'~-
fortuity with Chaeter 2, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That the following described real oroperty:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, block 21, Town of Decatur, accord-
ing to elat~ recorded in volume 1 of Plats~
67~ in Kitsae County, i'[ashington~
