AN ORDINANCE amending the Use and Area Maps ~of
Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution Number 131 of the
Planning Commission o£ the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in
conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property:
Tax Lot 5, Section 15, Township 24 N, R 1 E, W.M., the
East 2 acres of the S 1/2 of the N.W. 1/4 of the N.W.
1/4 of the S.E. 1/4, Section 15, Township 24N, R 1 E,
W.M., except the S 20 feet conveyed to the City of
Bremerton by deed recorded Oct. 5, 1948, under
Auditor's File No 477271. (On 9th between Consti-
tution and Wilbert) Kitsap County, Washington ~
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-Gne
(R-i) to Business-Three (B-3)
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this

WHEREAS proceedings for the reclassification of the
hereinafter described property have been duly and regularly
initiated on the petition of Puget Sound Power and Light Co.
of Bremerton, Washington; and
WHEREAS hearing has been duly and regularly held
thereon; and
WHEREAS the reclassification of said property is
deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Bremerton;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Bremerton be, and the said Council is hereby, respectfullly
requested to pass an ordinance amending the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 in conformity with Chapter l,
Title 4 thereof, in the following manner:
Tax Lot 5, Section 15, Township 24 N,RIE,W.M., the
East 2 acres of the S1/2 of the N.W. 1/4 of the N.W.
1/4 of the S.E. 1/4, Section 15, Township 2~N, RiE,
W.M., except the S 20 feet conveyed to the City of
Bremerton by deed recorded Oct. 5, 19~8, under
Auditor's File No 477271. (On 9th between Constitution
and Wilbert)
from Residentil-One (R-l) to Business-Three (B-3)
PASSED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Bremerton on the 15th day of May, 1966.
