AN ORDINANCE amending the Use and Area Maps of
Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution Number 129 of the
Planning Commis~on of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in
conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property:
South 1/2 of Lot 25 and all of Lots 26,27,28
and 29, Block 1, Dietz Addition to Town of
Bremerton, according to plat recorded in Vol.
2, of plats, page 57, in Kitsap County,
Washington. (On Warren, between 6th & 8th Sts)
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential - one
(R-i) to Business-Three (B-3).
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authen-

WHEREAS proceedings for the reclassification of the
hereinafter described property have been duly and regularly
initiated on the petition of Miller Reynolds Funeral Home
of Bremerton, Washington; and
WHEREAS hearing has been duly and regularly held
thereon; and
WHEREAS the reclassification of said property is deemed
to be in the best interest of the City of Bremerton;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of 1
Bremerton be, and the said Council is hereby, respectfully
requested to pass an ordinance amending the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 in conformity with Chapter l,
Title 4 thereof, in the following manner:
South 1/2 of Lot 25 and all of Lots 26,2?,28
and 29, Block l, Dietz Addition to Town of
Bremerton, according to plat recorded in Vol.
2, of plats, page 57, in Kitsap County,
Washington. (On Warren, between 6th & 8th Sts)
