of Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section i In conformity with Chapters i and 2 of Title
'
IV, of Ordinance No. 1792, as amended, and following appeal to
the City Council from a determination of the City Planning Commission,
and after due and proper notice and public hearing thereon in the
manner and form provided by law the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 17R2 be, and they hereby are amended in conformity with Chapter
2, Title IV, thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property:
Lots 8 and 9, Block B, High School Addition
to the Town of Charleston, Kitsap County,
Washington
be, and the same hreby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l)
to Residential-Two (R-2).
Section 2. That the appeal to the City Council upon said
time and date and upon said notice for reclassification of the
above described property from Residential-One (R-l) to Business-Two
(B-2) be and the same hereby is denied.
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this
day of May, 1966.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
