AN ORDINANCE amending the Use and Area Haps of
Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution Number ls~ of the Planning
Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance
No 1792 be and they hereby are amended in conformity with Chapter 1,
Title q, thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property:
Lots 2, 6, 7, 8~ 9, 10 Block 1~ Midway Addition
to Bremerton (On Wycoff between llth and l~th)
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-I)
to Business-Three (B-3).
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this ~,~ ~ day
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Breme~ton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this ~~ay of (~.[ ~-~i~' , 1966.

PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION
NUMBER 128
WHEREAS proceedings for the reclassification of the
hereinafter described property have been duly and regularly
initiated on the petition of Einer M. Apeland and Reta M.
Apeland of Bremerton, Washington; and
WHEREAS hearing has been duly and regularly held
thereon; and
WHEREAS the reclassification of said property is
deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Bremerton;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Bremerton be, and the said Council is hereby, respectfully
requested to pass an ordinance amending the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 in conformity with Chapter l,
Title 4 thereof, in the following manner:
Lots 5,6,7, 8, 9, l0 Block 12 Midway Addition
to Bremerton (On Wycoff between llth & 13th)
from Residential-One (R-l) to Business-Three (B-3).
PASSED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Bremerton on the 16th day of March, 1966.
