AN ORDINANCE amending the Use and Area Maps of
Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution Number 127 of the Planning
Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in conformity with Chapter l,
Title 4, thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property:
That portion of Government Lot 2, Section 13, Township
24 NOrth, Range i East, W.M., described as follows:
Beginning 22.5 feet East and 74.5 feet South of the
Northwest corner of said Government Lot 2: thence
East 107 feet; thence South 60 feet; thence West
107 feet; thence North 60 feet to the point of beginn-
ing. Situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-1)'~ to
Business-Three (B-3).
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this ~ ~ day
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such

WHEREAS proceedings fop the reclassification of the
hereinafter described property have been duly and regu-
larly initiated on the petition of JOE MENTOR, represent-
ing Loy E, Vogtlin, A. L, Vogtlin and T. L. Avery, of
Breme~ton, Washington; and
WHEREAS heaping has been duly and regularly held
thereon; and
WHEREAS the reclassification of said property is
deemed to be in the best interest of the City of BPemePton;
NOW~ THEREFORE~
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
BPemePton be, and the said Council is hereby~ mespectfully
requested to pass an ordinance amending the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 in conformity with Chapter 1~
Title 4 thePeof~ in the following manner:
That portion of Government Lot 2, Section 13, Town-
ship 24 NoPth~ Range 1 East, W.M., described as
follows:
Beginning 22.5 feet East and 74.5 feet South of
the Northwest corner of said Government Lot 2; thence
East 107 feet; thence South 60 feet; thence West 107
feet; thence North 50 feet to the point of beginning.
Situate in Kitsap County, Washington~
from Residential-One (R-l) to Business-Three (B-3).
PASSED by the Planning Commission of the City of
BPemerton on the 16th day of February~ 1966.
