ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE accepting, am'zexing and incorporating
into the corporate limits of the City of Bremerton
certain land lying outside the limits: and contiguous
thereto.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Whereas, a petition signed by~ the Owners of more
than seventy-five percent (755) of the property hereinafter described,
in value according to the assessed valuation for taxation of said
property, was duly filed with the City Council of Bremerton; the
Council has entertained the same and has caused notices of the hearing
of the petition to be published and posted as required by law; a Revue
Board was duly appointed, met and made and delivered its findings and
determination as to said proposed annexation as required by law; and
a public hearing was duly held upon the date of notice, thereof, to-wit
the 2qth daY of February, 1966, and following said public hearing and
considering all matters the City Council has determined to annex said
described property.
Section 2. That effective the 4TN cay oF A,R,L., 1966 , the
following described tract of land be and it hereby is by this ordinance
annexed to and incorporated within the corporate limits of the City

of the Southwest quarter of Section 2 to the centerline of
Sylvan Way; thence East along the centerline of Sylvan Way
to the centerline of Pine Road; thence North along the
centerline of Pine Road to the point of beginning.
