AN ORDINANCE amending the Use and Area Maps of
Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIn:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution Number 124 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they-hereby are amended in
conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4, thereof~ as follow, s:
That the following described real property~
Lots 1 through 10 inclusive, Block 4, Charleston
Addition to Charleston, Kitsap County, Washington,
be and the same hereDy is reclassified from Residential-one (R-i)
to Residential-two (R-2).
APPROVED by the City Council on first reading this
day of January, 1966.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this /~+~ day o£ January, 19gg.

PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION
Number 124
WHEREAS proceedings for the reclassification of the
hereinafter described property have been duly and regularly
initiated on the petition of Joe and Irene Dick and James
and Vena Bryan, of Bremerton, Washington, and
WHEREAS hearing has been duly and regularly held
thereon~ and
WHEREAS the reclassification of said property is
deemed by the Planning Commission to be in the best
interest of the City of Bremerton, Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Bre~erton bey and the said Council is hereby, respectfully
requested to pass an ordinance amending the Use and
Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 in conformity with Chapter 1,
Title 4 thereof, in the following manner:
Lots 1 through 10 inclusive, Block 4, Charleston
Addition to Charleston~
from Residential-one (R-i) to Residential-two (R-2).
PASSED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Bremerton on the lSth day of December, 1965.
