ment of a special fund to be known as
the Kitsap Lake Water,District Better-
ment Fund and providing for the deposit
of funds therein with the City Treasurer,
and disbursement thereof under direction
of the City Council.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the City Treasurer is hereby auth~ized
and directed to establish a special fund to be known as the Kitsap
Lake Water District Betterment Fund.
Section 2. That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized
and directed to place in said fund any funds ~ the Kitsap Lake
Water District accruing to the City of Bremerton under the provisions
of RCW 35.13.220.
Section 3. Ail funds received by the City of Bremerton
under the provisions of RCW 35.13.220 shall be expended within the
area of the Kitsap Lake Water District and for the betterment,
extension, repair and maintenance of the water supply system in
that area. The fund shall be expended under the direction of the
City Council.
