amending Ordinance No. 1781, and
declaring an emergency.

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1781 be, and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto a new section No. 70~ which reads
as follows:
PRECINCT NO. 67
Beginning at the SE corner of Sec. 17, T24Ii~ R1E,
W.M.; thence north along the east section line of said
Sec. 17 to the centerline of Price Road; thence westerly
along said centerline of Price Road to the intersection
of the centerline of County Road #250; thence southwesterly
along said centerline of County Road #250 to a point which
is 497' north of the south line of said Sec. 171 thence
west parallel to and 497' north of said south line of
Sec. 17, to north south center section of line of said
Sec. 17; thence south along said center section line to
the south line of said Sec. 17: thence south along center
section line of Sec. 20, T24~,I~.M.; to the south mar~in
of County Road #250; thence east alon~ said south margin
of County Road #250 to the center line of private road as
now established; thence southwesterly along said center
line to the south line of the ME 1/4 of the NW 1/% of
said Sec. 20; thence east along said south line to the
north south center section line of said Sec. 20; thence
south along said north south center section line to the
north line of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Sec. 20;
thence west along said north line to the west line of
said SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence south along said west
line to the south section line of said Sec. 20; thence
east along said south line to the east section line of
said Sec. 20; thence north along said east section line
to the south line of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said
Sec. 20; thence west along said south line of the SE 1/4
of the l'.~E 1/4 to a point 220' west of the east line of
said Sec. 20; thence north parallel to and 330' west of
said east line of said Sec. 20 to a point 411' south of
the south line of Sec. 17, T24N, R1E, W.M.; thence north-
easterly in a straight line 452 feet to a point on the
south line of said Sec 17; thence east alon~ the south
line thereof 142' to the point of beginning.
Section 2. That an emergency exists affecting the public
peace, health and safety of the citizens of the City of Bremerton,
and this ordinance shall take effect immediately following passage
and publication.
APPROVED on first reading by the City Council this &~

PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk
