AN ORDINANCE repealing Subsection (b) of Section 4
of Ordinance No. 2288 so as to eliminate the
requirement that 20% of the rates and fees for
water and sewer service be allocated for debt
service.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Sub-section (b) of Section 4 of Ordinance No.
2288 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2288 shall read as
follows:
"Ail contracts shall take effect from the day they
are signed, and rates shall be charged from the day the
premises are connected with the water supply and the water
turned on."
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect January 1,
1968.

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~day of November, 1967.
