the te~,~i~ a~ within %he boundaries of s ~d i~.r~rovement district; providing for
the collection thereof; creating and establishing a special f~d therefor; and
fi~ng the da~ for the issu~ce of borx~s or i~;ta!~ent notes in ~a~cnent thereof.
Section I. T~t the Assessment Roll for L~al lm~ro~mer~ District No. 301
pro~d~g for ~e improvement of O!~ic Avenue from !!th Street to 1]th Street by
the construction of sto~ drains~ concrete curbs, ~tters~ sidewalks~ drivewa2~ and
asvhaltic surfaci~, together ~t~ the doing of any and all other work in connection
therewith as may be necessar~~ to make ~ch improvement a complete job, ali in
accordance ~th the plans and specificatio~ on file in the Office of the City
E~ineer and as provided by Ordinance No. 27~.3, the s~e is hereby a~rm~ed smd
c o~i~e d.
Section 2. T~t each m~ce! and lot of land or r~art thereof, as shovm in said
assessment roll is specia[~!y benefited by said improvement and that there ~e and is
hereby assessed a:~a~t each ?:rcel and lot of land and m~t thereof and
pro~rty contai~d in said improvement ~strict ~= sh~n in said rol]~ ~_nciudi~ any
prope~y belo~ing to the Oity of B~merton and the respective ~mmounts in said ~!1
set against each p~rcel and lot of ~nd and or part *~ereof amd other property
bergen the te~i~ of said improvement, abuttim~ upon~ adjacent or pro,mate to said
improvement, and such ~ounts so assessed a~ hereby declared to be first ].~en agent
each parcel or lot or part the~of agai~t which the s~e is assessed ~n said roll.
Section 3. That for the pu~ose of t~s im]~rove~ there ~s hereby created
est~lished a speci~ fund to be hno~m ~ "L~ Improvement Fund District No. 301".
Bonds, bearing interest at ~ s~.ll ~ issued in serial nu~ers ~ one (1) to
inclusive, to as many ~ may be necessa~ to provide f~ the
uncollected portion of said ~strict on the da~ herein~ter fixed~ ~ be in denomina- ·
tions of :$~.00 bonds each, except t~ f~r~-;t which shall be for such fractio~l
part of zWO6~d).r a~_ as may be remaining and unpaid on said date,
from said "L~al Improvement ~und D~st~[ct ~[o. 301 ~ or an "Instalment Note"
as authorized by C~p. !6~, La'~ of ]_961, be~i~ interest at g%, in the ~m~nt
neoessary to provide for the uncollected portion of said ~s~rict on the ~]ate
hereinafter fixed~ shall be issued and sol~ to one. of ~he ~it~'s~ ~ investment funds~
