Section 1. T~t the Assessment Eoll for Loc~ Improvement District No. 296
provi~ng for the improYe;~nt of Sunset Vista, by the co~t~ction of sto~ drainage,
concrete c~bs ~d ~t'ters, ~d street overlay together ~th the doi~ of any
~1 other work in connection therewith as ma~,~ be necess~y to make such ~nprovement
a complete job, a~ in accord~ce ~&th the plans ~d soecifications on fi~ ~ the
orifice of the City Engi~er and as ~vided by Ordinance
hereby approved and confirmed.
Section 2. Ttmt each psmce! and lo~ of land or oart thereof, as sho~ in
s~d assessment roll is specially benefited by said ~provement and
~d ~ hereby assessed aga~_~t eac]~ parcel ~md lot of land and pa~ t~reof and
other property contained in said impro~e~nt d~trict as sho~ in said ro~,
inclu~ ~ property belongi~ to the City of Bremerton ~d the res~ctive mnounts
in said roll set ~%ainst each parcel and lot of hand and or p~t thereof and other
prope~y between the te~ini of sail, impro~nt, abutting upon~ adjacent or
pro.ate 6o s~d i~prove~nt, ~d such ~ounts so assessed are hereby declared
be first lien agai~t each ~rcel or lo6 or ~?art thereof ~ins% which the sa~ is
assessed in said roll.
Section 3. That for the pur]~ose of ~is improYe~nt there is hereby created
and established a special ~.nd to be kno~ as "Local Improve~ent ~nd District
I',~o. 296". Bo~s, beari~ interest at ~ sh~l be issued in serial n~nbers fr~
one (1) to ~ ...... inclusix~e, to as many as ~a~ '~ necess~y to pro. de
for the uncollected ]oortion of said district on the date hereinafter fixed~ to be
in denominations of ~:100. OO bonds each, except the first which shall be for such
fractional ~rt of ~/~' ~'

funds. Said Installment Note shall be dated on said date, and shall be payable
from said "Local Improvement Fund District No. 296.~
