AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 150 of the Planning
Commission of th- City of Bremerton, the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in conformity
with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
(Resthaven Nursing Home)
That portion of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the
SE 1/4 in Section 15, T24N, R1E, W.M.~ daf:
Begi~ing at the SE corner of Lot 15, in
Block "C" of said Oyster Bay Add. to Port Orchard
Navy Yard; thence N l°17'28'' W along the East
line of said plat, 165.12 feet,more or less,
to the North line of the S 1/2 of said subdivis~n;
thence S 89°49'20'' E 128.81 feet, more or less,
to the East line of the West 1 acre of the S 1/2
of said subdivision; thence S l°17'28'' E along
said East line, 163.99 feet~ more or less, to
a point which is S 89°19'1S'' E of the pob; thence
N 89°10'16" W 128.81 feet to the rob.
ALSO
The N 1/2 of the following described tract:
The west 1/2 of the East 1 acre of the
West 2 acres of the S 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 15, T2~N, R1E,
W.M., EXCEPT the S 30 feet, (It is understood
and agreed that said tract is approximately
65 by 150 f~t)
be, and the same is hereby reclassified frcm Residential.
